A Sign
Casting Out Devils
is a Sign That Follows Those Who Believe
Jesus cast out a devil in
the synagogue (church) and Luke 4.36 states "And they were
all amazed, and spoke among themselves, saying, What a word is this! For
with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they
come out."
It is time for the
casting out of devils in churches and
congregations today. Jesus hasn't changed.
He wants people free.
Some sickness and disease
will not go until it is cast out of a person in Jesus' Name. Deliverance
must occur for certain types of illness to be healed. Psalms
107.20 states the "He sent his word and healed them and delivered them
from their destructions."
The spirits of strife, fear,
and anger must be commanded to leave a person or a congregation in
Jesus' Name and the Holy Spirit asked to fill that area.
In Mark 16.17-18 Jesus states,
" And these signs shall follow those who believe: In my
name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new
tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly
thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and
they shall recover."
Both these verses deal
with signs that shall follow the believer--and
the first one mentioned is casting out devils.
Jesus cast out
devils, the disciples were commanded to cast out devils, and we as
believers in the 21st century shall cast out devils in the name of
Jesus. It is a sign that follows those who believe.
