Yes.
The Bible states that they were created by God. (Colossians 1.16,
Hebrews 1.6-7) Angels carry out God's orders. Angels are
mighty and they are never to be worshipped.
Colossians 2.18 states,
"Let
no man beguile (trick, deceive) you of your reward in a voluntary humility
and worshiping of angels..."
Yes.
The Bible records that angels were seen by men and women throughout the
Old and New Testaments. The angels were always masculine in form and
name--and mighty in description. (not small, cuddly, or feminine)
Two mighty angels are mentioned in the Bible
specifically by name: Michael and Gabriel and the pronoun "he"
or "him" is used with each of them.
Also, the name--The Angel of the Lord--is
mentioned various times. Again the masculine pronoun is used.
There is no record of a female
angel in the Bible. The closest thing is two women with storks
(unclean bird) wings carrying wickedness to Babylon (which the Bible
states that God will destroy in Revelation). They were not referred to
as angels and they were not godly. The Bible also
states, "This is their resemblance
through all the earth." (Zechariah 5.5-11)
No.
The Bible states that there are evil angels (Psalm 78.49) and that the
devil, himself, can transform himself into an angel of light.
"For such are false apostles, deceitful
workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. and no
marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore, it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as
the ministers of righteousness, whose end shall be according to their
works." (II Corinthians 11.13-15)
Remember, that there are false leaders and evil
angels that appear good and beautiful in order to deceive and destroy a
person.
