There is a “due” season.
“Due” season means things will not and cannot
happen at any other time.
For
example, tulip bulbs come up only in the spring. The bulbs must experience winter temperatures in order to
cause them to sprout. Even when a
tulip bulb is “forced” to bloom indoors by a florist, the bulb must be
placed for 6 weeks in a refrigerator in order to chill it.
Otherwise, the bulb will not sprout. We
as Christian's experience “due” seasons.
God alone knows the beginning and duration of these seasons. We cannot reason out certain things, nor can we make
certain things happen faster.
But we can rest assured—–If God has spoken
it—in due season it will happen. “And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6.9
