When I pray for others — I am sowing seed for myself.

I remember praying for a Christian woman and she died.

I asked God why He had instructed me to pray for her healing when He already knew that she was going to die.

God’s reply was powerful.  He stated, “Bobbie, you weren’t just praying for her healing as you reached out—–you were sowing seed for your own healing.”

He reminded me of the Bible verse that states, “...Pray one for another that ye may be healed.”   James 5.16
