Living the Truth

"But be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."   James 1.22

It is time to be doers of the Word and not just hearers only--it is time to come out of deception in your daily life and live the life promised in the Bible.

It is time to line your mouth up with the Word of God. 

For example, the Bible says, "Let the weak say I am strong.

When you are weak don't walk around saying how weak you are--you are speaking weakness to yourself--instead speak the Word of God-- speak the truth and not the facts or circumstances---

For example,

The Bible says, " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. " Philippians 4.13

Speak this scripture aloud--instead of rehearsing  weakness-- and watch your body begin to grow strong, as it responds and comes in line with the truth of God's Word.

A second example,

When you feel unskilled or lacking in knowledge in an area--as a believer in Jesus begin to speak the truth

"...Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God..." I Corinthians 1.24

He gives me wisdom when I ask in faith like it states in James chapter one..

Begin to claim what is yours as a believer in Jesus Christ and watch your knowledge and skill  level increase as you begin to agree with and speak what God says in His Word.

We are not talking about the power of positive thinking--we are talking about speaking and actually receiving the power of God's promises in the life of a believer.

As a believer-- read the Bible and see what is yours in Jesus Christ.

Today... make the decision to begin to speak and to live the truth of the Bible.

You will never be the same again.
