"I will praise thee O Lord, among the peoples: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations."  Psalm 108.3

• What is praise?

When we speak or sing aloud the great things that God does or has done for us--this is praise. Praise can be loud and joyful! Some people raise their hands, clap their hands, or even dance.  Musical instruments are also used  to praise the Lord.

• What is worship?

When we focus our attention on God  and speak or sing to the Lord.    We recognize who God is--- his greatness-- His character (what He is like) and exalt Him.  Many times we bow our heads or kneel as we worship God.
