Promises

Some points to remember about obtaining what God has promised.

Believe God's Word. He means what He says.

You have what the Bible says you have.

You are who the Bible says you are.

You can do all the Bible says you can do.

God told the Israelites to go in and possess the promised land.  It took doing God's Word.

God commanded Joshua to be strong and very courageous.  You must be very courageous--not fearful when confronting the enemies that would try to keep you from possessing the promises.

Don't quit or do it half way--keep on until every enemy is vanquished and cannot rise up again.

"For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall."   Psalms 18.20
