Single Heart

How do you work for or serve someone else?  Do you have the right attitude toward your employer?

Do you serve in singleness of heart as unto Christ?

Do you do just enough to get by or do you do a good job? Do you get lazy when the boss is not around to see what you are doing?

Do you respect authority and listen to instructions without griping and grumbling?

Ephesians 6.5-8 states, "Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of heart as unto Christ;

Not with eye - service, as men - pleasers, but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart,

With good will doing service as to the Lord, and not to men,

Knowing that whatever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. "
