Proverbs 31 Woman by Bobbie Powers

Chapter 30      

Proverbs 31.30 "Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who feareth the Lord, she shall be praised."

High positions are constantly sought after by the world. Who a person knows seems more important than job qualifications. The world is a stiff competitor.

The Proverbs 31 woman does not seek high positions and the praise of man. She seeks the Lord and His will in her life.

The Proverbs 31 woman has respect for God and His authority. She realizes that He is greater than any man or world system. She realizes that Jesus died on the cross to give her salvation and that her enemy the devil was defeated by the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Proverbs 31 woman knows that God has the power to meet her every need and to open or close any door. She is aware of God as her defense against a world system, and that through God nothing is impossible.
